Seasonal Rental Periods:

You will note on each home's page fees divided by Summer, Winter, and Off-Season rates. The summer fees are for renting a home from the third weekenf of June through Labor Day. The Winter fees are for renting a home during the ski season (mid-December to mid-March), and Off-Season fees are renting a home from mid-March to June 20th, and after Labor Day to mid-December, excepting holidays which may have a higher rental fee.

Rental Information:

Summer rentals run from Saturday to Saturday from June 20th - Labor Day. However, homeowners will usually consider last minute partial week rentals a couple weeks out if the home hasn't already been booked.

Check In: 4:00 PM Check Out: 11:00 AM for the summer season. Please note that our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.

(Off-season and winter check-in and check-out times may be altered per owner approval.)

OCCUPANCY: Rental homes may not be occupied by more than the number listed on the rental contract. These restrictions are in place due to each home has an individual well and septic system and more than the required number of guests in the home may cause damage to the systems.

LINENS: Bed linens and bath towels are NOT provided in the rental homes. Please remember to check your rental lease for bed sizes. You may reserve linens and towels through www.kerryclean.com.

Rental Fees: In addition to the rental rate of the home, you will also pay a refundable security deposit ($350 - $750 depending on the home), and a mandatory cleaning fee. Fees may go higher depending on how the home has been left upon departure. Extra charges may be incurred if furniture has been moved, garbage not taken outside, etc. There is also an optional membership fee you can pay which allows you access to the activities and amenities of the community during your stay (see below for detailed membership information).**50% of the total amount is due upon signing the lease, which includes security and cleaning deposits. The balance is due at least 3 weeks prior to arrival. For last minute reservations, only payment in the form of money orders, cash, or certified bank check will be accepted.

Lake Naomi Temporary Club Membership:Temporary Membership is available at an additional fee for two adults and their dependent children/grandchildren between the ages of 4 and 23. Children 3 and under do not need a badge. If you have additional family members staying with you, (parents, grandparents, adult children and their spouses) you may add them onto the membership as a Special Famly Member for an additional $35 per adult per week. There are a maximum of six children and a maximum number of four Special Family Members per membership. Temporary Memberships must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.

A Temporary Membership Application, to be completed and submitted each year, is available through the Lake Naomi Club Administrative Office, online at www.LakeNaomiClub.com, or forms are available from the real estate office. Applicants must also submit a signed "Temporary Membership Guidelines" form for membership to be considered. Copies of birth certificates, for dependents between the ages of 4 and 23, need to be provided if signing up for children's day camp activities.Your membership will include the use of the Lakes and Beaches in Lake Naomi and /or Timber Trails (no additional charge), use of the Club's newest amenity, the Logan Steele Community Center located just off Route 423 across from the entrance to Timber Trails, the Clubhouse-Restaurant (no additional charge), the Fitness Center (session fees apply), the Recreation and Social Programs (additional fees apply for special events or lessons), access to the Lake Naomi and Timber Trails heated swimming pools (no charge for members, a fee for guests will be applied) and access to all 20 tennis courts in Lake Naomi and Timber Trails and the Timber Trails golf course (court & greens fees are applicable on a per play basis; court/tee times must be made in advance by calling the Pro Shop).

Friends and family members staying/visiting with Temporary Members are extended guest privileges to all facilities. Guests must be accompanied by the Temporary Member and must be introduced directly at the facility they desire to use. Individual guest badges are issued on a daily basis according to the policy of the facility. All guests ages four and older need to obtain a membership guest badge. **Please check with your agent if considering your summer vacation after August 20th as some amenities may not be running such as the Timber Trails pool and children's day camp due to staffing issues late in the season.**
